What data do we process?
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process your name, age, email and other contact details, domicile, bookings, billing information, enquiries, service dates and preferences, correspondence, IP address, device, operating system, browser and screen information, and vehicle registration numbers recorded by access cameras. Information collected based on consent is limited to the purpose explained when consent is requested.
How do we collect data?
We receive data directly from you when you enquire, book or use our services; automatically when you use our website; and from relevant partners or public registers. Providing data is voluntary, but some information is necessary to fulfil a booking, answer an enquiry or meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
We process data where necessary to perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement (Article 6(1)(f)), or based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing.
Purposes

Camera surveillance
Marked cameras at certain private-road access points are used to deter, prevent and investigate criminal activity. Recordings are normally deleted within seven days unless they relate to a security incident, complaint or legal proceedings.
