Bookings and confirmation
Website information is provided for guidance and may change. A request is not a booking. A booking becomes binding only when confirmed by Namdal Bruk AS in writing. Guests must provide complete and accurate contact, travel and participant information.
Prices and payment

Activities and safety
Guests must follow safety instructions, local laws, hunting and fishing regulations, property rules, and instructions from our staff and local providers. Participation in outdoor activities is at the guest's own responsibility. Guests must promptly inform us of relevant medical, mobility or other safety information.
Accommodation and damage
Guests must treat accommodation, equipment and surrounding property with care and leave them in the agreed condition. Guests may be charged for loss, damage, extraordinary cleaning or other costs caused by negligent, unlawful or intentional conduct.
Changes, cancellation by us and force majeure
We may adjust, suspend or cancel an activity where required by weather, safety, animal welfare, provider availability, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will seek a reasonable alternative or refund amounts paid for services that cannot be delivered, as specified in the applicable agreement.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or other mandatory consumer protections.
